I had lapband not bypass surgery so it takes longer to loose weight but I have been dieting and exercising its not easy my band has to be tightened every two months or so Its not fun but its worth it to not be diabetic anymore not need my bp medication just take allergy meds and thryroid meds everyday. Its an ongoing process and after I have to have two hernias fixed in my belly but he wants to make sure im done loosing before he fixes them.
Well Im just ing the 18th goes well Im contacting another lawyers office and see what they charge I hope they will take payments but just have to see Im sure the good lord will send something my way I he does. Well keep ers coming can use all I can get . Hope our friend comes back soon.
Well you have done well Kim but you have been through a lot to get to where you are now too. As you say its worth it to not be diabetic etc. anymore. I hope all goes well with your hernia operations once you are done losing weight. Good luck.

Well I have tried hard I just want to get healthy and now I have to deal with our crummy school system who denied another family out of district placement a fewmonths ago Im not looking forward to this meeting on the 18th. Many ers are what we need .
The school wants the parents to do there jobs for them and out of district placement costs the town money and thats the problem they dont want to pay the money to send them to another school and have to provide bus too they are being cheap well im up for a just ing I get what I want because they derserve a better education then they are getting.
I am glad that you can take your child to any school here provided that they have the space. I am glad also that there was a Judge named Nickerson that, felt that, if the Board of Education failed your child they will have to pay for their private school education. This applies more to special ed students. My son is going to private school courtesy of New York City Board of Education transportation included. He has been going there for the past 3 years. He is doing very well. His school is one of the best school for special ed students. You keep trying because, there has to be some kind of compromise. Kids cannot go on without and education. That is their constitutional right. I will keep you in my ers. Kim the very best for you and your kids.
