Preparation Time: 10 minutes

1 pound cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 orange, cut, seeds discarded
2 cups sugar

Combine cranberries and orange in bowl of food processor. Chop into fine small bits being careful not to over puree.

Put mixture into a mixing bowl; add sugar and stir well.

Transfer mixture to a storage container; cover rightly. Allow to soften in refrigerator (although it can be served right away).
