Freezer Bag Pickles

7 cups sliced cucumbers (unpeeled)
3 med. onion, sliced
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Mix all the ingredients together. Place into freezer bags and freeze!

One more question... Do you think something like this would work for hot peppers, just not as much sugar???
