Cheesy Corn Casserole
11 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
11 oz. can cream-style corn
8 oz. container sour cream
1 egg
8 1/2 oz. package dry corn bread mix
1 small onion, diced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium skillet, saute onions in butter or margarine over medium heat until soft. In a mixing bowl, combine corn muffin mix, milk, and corn.
