Green Bean & Artichoke Casserole
2 16 oz. cans green beans
2 16 pz. cans artichoke hearts, halved
2 small cans sliced mushrooms
olive oil
bread crumbs
Place a small amount of oil on the bottom of a 9" casserole dish.
Make layers as follows: 1 can green beans, sprinkled with some
bread crumbs, 1 can mushrooms, more bread crumbs, top with
one can of the artichokes, halved, more bread
crumbs and then lightly sprinkle with olive oil.
Repeat same steps to prepare second layer. Cover and
bake in 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours.
