1oz Butter
1 lb Radishes, peeled & halved
2 teaspoons Sugar
10fl oz Water
½ teaspoon Salt
chopped fresh Parsley to garnish
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the radishes, sprinkle over the sugar and fry for 3 minutes. Stir in the water and salt, and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until most of the water has evaporated and the radishes are tender. Garnish with the chopped parsley.
