Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Mushrooms
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 bottle of soy sauce
4 packages of mushrooms (12 oz. pkgs)
Saute mushrooms; melt butter. Add sugar and soy sauce. Add mushrooms to sauce. Cook on low heat approx. 45 minutes or until done.
