16 oz green beans (can use frozen or fresh – I used fresh)
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp en bouillon granules
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
Combine all ingredients, except for the bacon, in microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
