Cheese & Broccoli Potatoes

Cheese & Broccoli Potatoes

Tools needed:

Large pan (for boiling)
Knife
Strainer
Spoon


Ingredients:

8-10 potatoes (washed)and cut up into small cubes
2 bundles (approximately 2 lbs.) of broccoli, washed and cut into bite size pieces
2 10 ounce cans of chees (example: Campbell's)
or half a block (approximately 3/4 lbs.) cheese of your choice


Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes and broccoli together until potatoes are soft. (approximately 20 minutes)

2. Meanwhile, if cheese is in block form, melt well. (use a double bloiler or microwave to melt cheese)

3. Turn burner to medium heat. Pour 1 teaspoon cooking oil into pan. Test pan temperature. If it is ready, add 1/2 cup batter.

4. Drain poatoes and broccoli, add melted cheese. Stir well! You can also season to taste with salt/pepper.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6 to 8
