Did anyone see the halftime show for the Super Bowl? I was watching the Super Bowl and my kids wanted to see the halftime show. I was so furious!!! I mean, come on, what were they thinking? They had to have known that all of America would be watching, even kids. And now, they are trying to say that it was all unintentional. Did you hear the lyrics to the song. He said he was going to do before he did it, and they want us to believe that it was unintentional!!! I know that from now on, unless I know that the performers have morals, my kids will not be watching the halftime show.

You know it was intensional because, she did not covered herself. These people are getting out of hand. I would have never guessed this is what they were going to do. The FCC is coming down on MTV and the artists. CBS said that they were unaware that something like that would happen. Now the halftime shows are going to be pre-empted and that is bad. People pay to see the game and the halftime show. Now they will see a movie of the halftime show.

I watched halftime too.........I too was ed.......I just sat there with my mouth wide open......and didnt know what to say.
I cant believe they did that..........I said the same thing about the children.......Think about how many children were watching that! "NOT GOOD"............we teach one way......and "ADULTS" do another...........hmmm isnt that saying "its alright" No wonder why children are just so confuse now a days..........!
Also........all the songs that the profomers sang had to do with sex........EVERY SONG!
I was in the kitchen cooking and my six year old was watching the super bowl in the living room. My 18 year old was watching it in his room. All of a sudden, the 18 year old yelled "oh my gosh, mom did you see that?" I knew something was wrong. And there it was! I was so . I think Ms Jackson planned it all along for for a publicity stunt! Between that, the streaker, and the words of the songs, my little one will not be seeing that mess again! I wonder if there is someone we can all write to to make our feelings as parents known? That show was also broadcast all over the world. I don't appreciate the view of Americans that Ms Jackson and Mr Timberlake portrayed either!
WE were all watching it here too. I was so outraged and I agree, it was definitely planned. I heard on the news that the FCC is being bombarded with complaints and they are going to fine a bunch of people. Big Deal!! To these people the fines are a tax write off and pocket change!! I think they need to do something with those half time shows anyway. They get er by the year!! I think most people did not like it. And as far as the streaker, I hope they lock him away. I read he's made a career out of doing this stuff. He's a o!! Well, thanks for the chance to vent!!!

Janet Jackson has made a public apology saying she didnt' intend for it to go that far but c'mon, she stood there and waited for it to happen. Lets face it, she is a Jackson and her brother is already up to his neck in trouble, you would think she would have had more sense than to bring any more attention to her family than that. Just shows how dysfunctional that whole family seems to be.

I agree DeeDee, It just makes you wonder if fame and fortune are worth it. I don't think so. I don't know about anyone else but personally I think Michael Jackson is guilty!! He is just too weird in the way he talks let alone his looks!! He has some serious identity issues.

I walked away from the show right before it happened. But, did you see how much like Michael Janet looks like now? It's almost like she is doing the bleaching thing too and she was dressed like him and dancing like him too.
I think if she didn't want it to happen then she would have covered herself, and she didn't. My husband also says that if she didn't know it was going to happen, why did she have body jewelry and stuff on?
He also heard on the radio that she did it to take the heat off of Michael and make people forget about him for awhile, but I think that is stupid!! If anything all it did was bring everyone right back at the family!!
to tell you the truth, i was behind my computer, talking to someone, i'm sure when it came on and my Hubby told me, i was ed, something DON'T belong on TV and that was one of them
