The Practice

Did anyone catch last nights show? I started watching it and I guess the turkey and all the activity caught up with me as I fell a in the chair, and didn't wake up until 2:30 this .

I really wanted to see it, I did see up to the point the little girl wanted to not go back to her country, when they asked the judge for political asylum(sp). thats as much as I can remember.

He made her go back with her parents. He felt he could not hold her here b/c she wanted to not get married. It is their culture and we as Americans can not judge. He said it was something that the girl and her parents needed to work out.
As far as the man who's wife was murdered. The murder got off but was shot on the steps leaving the court. The man who's wife was killed pulled a stunt. He called in a fake anonymous call saying that he had an affair. When the attorneys asked about the affair he plead the 5th to not talk. So the jury felt he killed his wife. (He had no alibi the night it happened) Then he had the guy killed himself b/c the attorneys did not feel he would get the death penalty. This man wanted his wifes murderer to die.
Did that make sense? If not let me know and i will try to explain better.

Countrymama, I can't believe you watch the Practice as well as Guiding Light. I love the Practice. I was really glad that the decided to go one more season. I was worried that it wouldn't be good but I have really enjoyed it so far.

Do you by any chance watch Judging Amy too?

Marilynnicole Thanks for telling me what happened. all my daughter nicole told me was that she cried b/c he made her go back home. She didnt say anything about the guy whose wife was murdered.

It seems we have a bit in common we both have teh same name and a daughter named Nicole. Do you call her Nikki?

Marilyn

I love the Pic of you and Nicole

Countrymama - I don't watch Alias . You should start watching Judging Amy again, it is really good. She didn't get married and now she is back in juvenille court with Bruce. She what happens when you miss a couple of episodes,

You should try to watch some of the old Practice episodes they are really good too. If you have cable F/X runs them a lot.
