You need:
Large bowl of warm water
Handful of mixed herbs, including rosebuds, calendula, lavender, chamomile, or other herbs of your choice
1 TBLS chamomile infused oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
1. Place herbs in bowl of warm water.
2. Stir in essential oil and infused chamomile oil.
3. Soak hands up to wrists for 10 minutes.
4. Rinse with warm water and towel dry.
5. Massage with nourishing cream of lotion
