1/3 cup veg flakes (tomatoes, celery, onion, zucchini, onion, peas, broccoli and carrots, made by putting dried veg. in a blender until pea-sized)
1 tablespoon cracked wheat (bulger)
1 tablespoon pasta, broken up
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried sweet basil
pinch garlic powder
pinch onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
To prepare: 2 cups boiling stock (vegetable, beef,

en, etc) Place dried ingredients in a pan. Pour boiling stock over and let sit, covered, for 2 minutes while vegetables rehydrate. Can also divide dried veggies in mugs and pour stock over top.
