1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cider or white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 package (16 ounces) Birds Eye Farm Fresh Mixtures Broccoli, Carrots
and Water Chestnuts, cooked, drained and ed
1 can (3 ounces) chow mein noodles
In a small bowl, whisk oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce until sugar
is dissolved; set aside. In a large bowl, combine vegetables and
noodles. Add dressing and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
