Cilantro Sour Cream Dressing
1 or 2 bunches of cilantro(wash well)
1lg tub of sour cream (either whole or lowfat)
1tsp of salt
1 clove of garlic
In a food processor or blender place garlic, cilantro and puree.
Put in sour cream add salt to taste. Process until creamy and
use right away on your salad, or anything you like.
To make a dip add 1 more tub of sour cream to mixture and beat by hand.
Use it for vegetables and chips.
