Audrey Registered User Join Date: Oct 2002 Posts: 197	Crunchy Cucumber Salad Crunchy Cucumber Salad 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sliced celery 1 cup sliced red onion 4 cups thinly sliced cucumber 2 tablespoons wine vinegar 1 tablespoon chipped fresh parsley In a large bowl mix together the soup, mayonnaise, celery and red onion.
