Instand Potato Soup Mix



1 1/4 cup instant potato flakes
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1 cup dry creamer
2 tablespoons instant en bouillon
2 teaspoons dried minced onions
1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix. Put in bags or wide-mouth jars as gifts.
Include these instructions on gift label: To Serve, put 1/4 cup of dry soup mix in a bowl or mug. Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir, let stand for a minute to thicken.
attach a raffita bow to complete
The potato flakes can be increased to 2 cups for a thicker soup.
