Post Basic Vinaigrette
Serves: 1 Cup

Ingredients:
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
-or rice wine
1/2 c Water
1 1/2 tb Apple juice concentrate
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Onion powder
1 ts Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 ts Dijon mustard no-salt added
1 ds Red (cayenne) pepper

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. When
mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.

I'm not one for vinaigrette but this does sound like a good recipe!
