Post Baked Garlic Croutons

Serves: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1/4 c (1/2 stick) butter; melted
2 Cloves garlic; minced
3 Bread slices; crusts
-removed, cut into 1/2-inch
-cubes (up to 4)


Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 10-15 minutes Yield: 4 servings

1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Combine melted butter and garlic in large
bowl. Add bread cubes; stir gently to coat. Place bread on baking sheet in
single layer. Bake, turning once during baking, until bread is golden on
all sides, 10 to 15 minutes. Let croutons . Store in airtight
container.

Garlic and I are best ...especially since my DH and kids won't eat onions.... I miss my onions and peppers.

mmmm i love garlic! my DH loves onions so there is lots of onions in this house. but not garlic!
