Post chicken salad
1 qt boiled en cut in small pieces
1 qt finly cut celery
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 hard boiled eggs
2 cups mayonaise

mix en, celery, 1egg and seasoning. Marinate with little french dressing. Let stand in place for 1 hour
Serve on lettce leaves spread with mayonaise. sprinkle with paprika

That is my fav way to make this except I also add some pickle relish!
