Cowboy Stew
1 lb hamburger meat
1 small onion
1 10-oz can tomatoes (stewed or diced)
2 cans Ranch Style beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 T chili powder (or more, lots more)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Heat hamburger meat, onions, salt, pepper, and chili powder in a pot. Brown hamburger meat mixture, then drain.
Add tomatoes with juice, ranch style beans, corn with juice, and more chili powder if you'd like. Stir ingredients.
Heat until warm. Serve right away or let it stew for up to 20 minutes for more flavor.
