I am still battling the bronchitis but, have good news for everyone. I am a grandma again and this time my daughter had a boy. He was born on Saturday at 10:35 am. His name is Ethanluis Jose Roman. He weighted 6lbs 12 oz and is 18 inches long he is very puny and looks exactly like his sister.I am changing doctors, my doctor is an ape in a lab coat. I went on Friday and e said I had bronchitis, I started to ask him something and he just brushed me off. Is not the first time and this is becoming a habit of his. I feel so horrible everytime I see him. I have diabetes and he gave medication but, that is all. Has never checked my feet or given me a diet. No kind of information about it. I had to research my decease online. I am hunting for a new doctor preferably a female.

Congratulations Luz on becoming a grandma again. Babies are so wonderful. I can't wait for our little bundle to arrive too. Won't be much longer now.

I do hope you find another doctor. One who is going to give you the treatment you so rightly deserve. Gosh a doctor should take time to talk to a patient and make sure they are okay. Too bad you had to do your own research. Find a good doctor soon I hope.

Hope you soon feel better too. its not fun being . Saying ers for you to have better health and a better doctor.

Good Morning everyone!!

Luz, so to hear you have been battling that nasy bronchitis. I know that is no fun and hard to get rid of. It doesn't if you have an ape for a dr. (had to at that description). I hope you can find a good dr. soon that you are comfortable with. My feelings for my dr.'s are back and forth right now. On some issues they have been very good, on others, not so good. Like the female problems. Yes I am still having problems. Have now had my 'monthly' visitor for 12 days and two days before that I had it for 2 days. This is getting ridicoulous. As soon as it is time for my yearly physical I am going to a gyno. I am having too much bleeding and pain. Also I want the 'breast issue' looked into more closely! Oh joy.

Anyway, Congrats on the new grandbaby Luz!! That is great news! Can't wait to see pictures!!
DeeDee, glad you are doing better, did you ever post pictures of the hunky dr.? I probably missed it.

Well, Skye is still out on her own but I see more of her now than when she lived here, . She is doing pretty good but I think she is home. I think she needs to be out on her own though. Yes, I said it! I have come to terms with it and I checked out where she lives and it seems like a safe neighborhood. And from what she tells me the boy she is rooming with respects her and makes his respect her and Skye also gets along good with her roomies girlfriend so that is good. I think she is probably doing better with the 'male' roommate than she would with a female one. Girls can be so catty with each other. Anyway, I have come to peace with the situation. We even turned her room into an office. That is part of why I haven't been on lately, I have been busy changing my house around and going through stuff to get rid of. Still have a lot more to do but am making good progress. We also got new furniture for the living room so it doesn't seem as cluttered. I had a sectional and it was just too big for my living room.
I have been going through one of my 'tired' times so after working and then coming home and doing a little to go through stuff I have been too tired to get on the puter. Still tired but decided I needed to go through email and pop in here.

Anyway that is the update on me, not much going on. I sure have missed coming in. Hugs to all!!

Luz, this is very strange but I had posted to you, congratulating you on your grandson and saying how much I liked the baby's name. I dont' know what happened to that post.
Anyhow, congrats on the new grandson. Love his name too. I can't wait to see some photos of him.

Polly, nice to see you again. Hope you get to the bottom of all your health problems soon.
Glad to hear Skye is doing so well. Yes sometimes we can get along better with a male than another female.

As for my hunky doctor, no I never posted but did send an email to Crystal and included the photo. I will send you one too.

Wow it has been a long time since I have been on this post. Congrats on the baby Luz!!

I'll give you a quick update on Skye. She moved in with a female friend before Christmas and a few days before Christmas she broke her arm snowboarding. The cast is off now and she is moving back in with the boy she was sharing a place with and his girlfriend is moving in too. The reason she moved out was because expenses were too much but since there will be 3 it will be manageable. The reason she is moving out from where she is now is because she and her roommate can't seem to get along. Which I predicted before she moved in!! they have known each other for years and can only take each other in small doses but she wouldn't listen to me. Anyway, things are going good. She and I get along alot better now that she is on her own. It was definitely time wheter I wanted it to be or not, . She also has a new boyfriend but had been without one for quite a while and was content with it which was very reassuring to me. I am glad that she sees she can be happy without having a boyfriend all the time.

Now update on Summer. She has a new boyfriend too. I think this is her third or fourth this year. They usually last a few days and she dumps them. Not sure what to think of this child just yet, . She is NOT patient and the boy better walk the line or take a walk, . why didn't I have boys? They have to be easier , .
She is doing well in school though and is on the student council and seems to be enjoying that. She has trig this semester and it is a challenge for her but she seems to be holding her own so far.

Randy and I are the same, no new boy or girl, . He put the sweetest valentine in our local paper for me for Valentines day. What a surprise! I was so ed. He also got me a bracelet and lottery tickets. But the Valentine he wrote for me and put in the paper was the BEST!!

Well, I guess that is enough updating for now. I need to go and get ready for bed.

I hope you are all doing well and I hope to be in soon.

Hugs,

Hi Polly
I am glad to hear Summer is doing better and her arm is healed now. Glad you have accepted it was time for the move too. Things are going well for you both then.
Skye, well she will settle one day. As for having boys and they must be easier, I wouldn't say that. I had 3 boys and they were all very secretive about things.
My middle son, I never knew he even dated it was such a secret. LOL Then when he met his (now) wife, he was afraid to tell me about her, because she was older than he was, and she had two small boys. Well big deal. If he was happy with her, so be it. He met her when he was 19, they married when he was 22 and he has treated those boys like they were his own. He is very happy.
My youngest, well he and Tiffany used to a lot for a while and one night I got mad and said I wish they would quit ing. My son told me, if I liked her so much, I should date her. LOL Anyhow, they are married now with two kids and get along great. They have been together for almost 11 years I think now. She was only 14 and my son was 16 when they met. He is now going to be 27. So they weren't so secretive.
My oldest son he wasn't that secretive about his girlfriend but was about his other and where he went all the time. So boys can be secretive.

Now wasn't that sweet of Randy to put a message in the paper for you on Valentines. Seems with us women its the little things like that, that mean much more to us than any gift they could give us. What a sweetie he is.

I hope you hurry back in to visit us. We missed you.

Thanks DeeDee.

It sure is good to be back in. It's like coming home after being gone for a long time.
Wow, I guess boys come with their own kinds of problems, huh? .
Gotta love our kids don't we??!!

I am at work right now. It is a pretty slow day right now. Will pick up later but thought I would pop in for a minute. I got to work over an hour early today since they were calling for some heavy snow to move into the area and I was hoping to beat it. Well it stil hasn't gotten bad. It is snowing but not heavy and the roads look okay so far. It will probably get bad about the time I have to go home,. They were calling for 2-4 inches now they are saying 4-6. Oh joy. I hate driving when it is too bad and it's rush hour. Oh well, it is what it is!!

Well, I need to go for now. I will try to pop in either later today or maybe tonight from home.

Hugs, my friend!!

Hi Polly
Yes boys can have their own kinds of problems too. Love all my three boys though. They all make me proud.

I keep running to the door to have a look at the eclipse but so far its not doing much. Its started but not covered yet.

Did you get all that snow? I hate that word. Not sure what our weather is to be. I don't ususally listen to the weather, hubby keeps me informed. I call him my little weather man, always checking the temperature outside. Anyhow, I hope you made it home okay and the snow held off for you.

Hope to see you again soon.

Hi DeeDee, I feel like a broken record. I got home ok that day and today is a repeat!! UGH!! It hasn't been a bad winter but I am tired of it. I am sooooooooo ready for spring. yeserday we had rain, the day before it was mixed. I'm not sure what tomorrow will bring, . Actually it is supposed to snow, snow and snow some more for the next couple of days. Roads are good right now so I'm not worried. Tomorrow will be another story though, .

Well, speaking of kids, I'll update you on the girls. Summer broke up with her last boyfriend and the very same day got a new one. Won't last long I'm sure, .

Skye brought her new boyfriend to meet us last friday and now had told him she isn't ready for a steady boyfriend. Go figure!!!Gotta love my girls!! I'm glad they don't settle just so they can have a boyfriend. I am actually very proud of both of them. They just me sometimes. haha

Hi Polly
Well your girls have lots of time to find the right one and settle down. At least they won't be able to say they didn't take their time. Good for them, you brought them up right.

Winter, yes it hasn't been a bad one but I too am ready for it to leave. Its been long enough and time for spring. Soon.
