Well our weekend was a good one. We got some work done that needed doing and we relaxed and had fun. My grandson loved it and hated to come home today. We all did really. Oh well we will be going back up Saturday as we have to babysit until 2:30 and will leave after that.

Sorry your weekend was a bust Polly. What nerve those people taking your table like that. It would not be a good thing to pull that on me. My mouth has a tendency to run away sometimes and I just cant' stop it.

Hubby says I should buy a zipper sometimes.

Anyhow, I am back and will be back in tomorrow. Sorry to hear about Summers ear too and yes get it checked. Doesn't sound right to me either.

Glad to see you back DeeDee and glad you had a good weekend. I definitely wanted to run my mouth but with all the people and the drinking, I figured it would be best to keep it shut for the moment. BUT you never know when I may shoot it off,

Well, I took Summer to the dr. and they put a 'wick' in her ear so the medicine can

in there better. They also gave me some numbing drops for the pain and pain medicine. I have to take her back tomorrow at 3:30, that was the latest appt. I could get for her so that means I will have to miss more work since Mom is still layed up with her hip and my FIL didn't offer to take her when I mentioned it last night. He is feeling a little better but............oh well. This is when I really hate working full time. I feel sooooooooo guilty when I have to leave to go to work. Oh well, we will get through it, I know alot of women have it a lot worse than me.

Anyway, hopefully I will get a full day in today. I may work over tonight too and will probably go in a little early this a.m. The main thing is to get Summer feeling better and thankfully the two meds I got her yesterday were only about $9 total so that was a blessing.

I stopped at the library so Summer could take back some books and check out some movies and it was soooooooooo nice! Everyone gave me

and was genuinely glad to see me. I still miss that job, just not the pay or hours. Well, the hours weren't bad, just not enough,

. But it was a very good job. Although this one is good too. I really miss working with people every day.

Well, hopefully I will get to pop in tonight again. My puter is acting up (key sticking again) so I am having a hard time getting things posted today,

Oh well I am glad you got Summer to the doctor. I do hope her ear gets better soon. That would be so painful.

r old job but you have to go where the money and hours are. The day will come when you won't have to do this anymore. Won't that be a nice day.
Hope your computer will start acting normal again for you. There is nothing more annoying than a sticky key.

Thank you DeeDee, Summer was feeling a little better yesterday. I was able to get a full day of work in. I actually went out on route check yesterday for work. Travelled 100 miles! It was interesting, got lost a couple of times. Summer goes back to the dr. today for a follow up. Thankfully my Dad is going to take her so I can work all day today.

My computer seems to be behaving today. It has a mind of it's own,

Glad you found your way around after getting lost. Sounds like you enjoyed your day though anyhow.
Happy to hear Summer is a little better today. I hope her follow up is a good one.

I did some catching up today since we didn't babysit. Tomorrow I will catch up more. I hope. Had a ton of emails to do and still have a few left. I hate when they get behind like that and every weekend we are away I get behind.

Well, the Dr. said Summer's ear looks better but still pretty nasty looking. She put in a new wick and gave her an antibiotic, finally. I think they should have done that immediately, but what do I know??

I know what you mean about the emails. I used to have so much spam when I would be off the puter for a couple of days. Now that I have switched email addy's they don't have me on their list yet,

. My new email has a feature that I can block all email from places I don't want just by clicking a button. With my old email I had to put in a lot of info to get that done and it still didn't work that well.

, I hit the wrong button and now I have to 'edit' this to finish, okay it's already one of those days,

Polly I hope all is well for you today.... I hope Summer is feeling much better.... I felt bad when I read that she was not feeling well again...I'm sending many rainbows, and lots of sunshine your way... DeeDeeI'm glad you had a good and relaxing time... Many more to come..... The water park was fun.. All the boys had a blast and were wooped by the time the park closed... I thought my calves would never loosen up... I think I walked up at leat 100 flights of stairs to get to the tops of all those water slides... I'm going to write a personal request for the park to build an elevator to reach to the top of each and every slide in the park.... LOL ... It was a fun day..... Too funny that yesterday the batteries went in my key board and all I could type were X's..Well that problem is solved... Polly you had a sticky key and I had only an X key.... Good Morning Mickie!! Glad to see you!! I was wondering if you were so worn out from the trip that you couldn't get in and post. I am so glad you had a good time. yes those places need elevators!!

That is interesting about your keyboard. I didn't know they used batteries. Is it one of those cordless ones? I am afraid I am going to have do some repairs on my puter soon. I don't know why that key sticks. Oh well, it is working now so I am happy!

Well, I have to go get ready for work, should have already been ready since I really need to get gas but hmmmmmmm. I am lazy this a.m.

I missed ya.... Yea the key board is wireless... It's a MSN and there is just a little box that works through the tv, and a keyboard... You can't do everything like on a computer, but it's a pretty good little thing....Talk to you tomorrow

Would you believe I was almost caught up and now have a full page again? We are leaving for the cottage on Saturday so if I dont' get some of my mail answered I will be in a fine mess when I get home Monday. Oh boy, the thoughts of it all.

Thanks Polly and Mickie. We are leaving in the afternoon, we have to babysit until 2:30 then we are on our way. We are taking our 12 year old grandson with us again. He is a great

er to hubby. Besides, he loves it up there.

You all have a great weekend. Polly I only have about 3 emails to catch up on and then can start all over after the weekend.

I am leaving them right where they are too, they will get answered when I get home. I am just too tired to do any more tonight.

Hi guys........I hope you both had really great week-ends!!

As for me it's been kinda calm.... My 6 year old went camping with Poppy for the first time...He had a BLAST!! It was only a 1 night stay, but he sure did love it.....My dad came back with Dustin on Sun. afternoon, and brouht my 10 year old right back into the woods... Dalton is staying for 4 nights... So 1 less in the house is always a treat..... I hope ya's had fun...
