Hamburg Dressing

Cook your hamburg as usual, drain the grease off of it.

Break up about 7 slices of bread, add a medium diced onion, summer savory to taste, salt and pepper and parsley.

Stuff in your turkey or put dressing in foil and cook in the oven.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is hubby's way of making hamburg dressing so hope you all enjoy it!
I agree with Alice, DeeDee...this would make a great meal by itself. I bet it'd be good with ground pork too. Thank hubby for sharing this recipe with us.
Thank you DeeDee. This sounds really good. I will have to give this a try. I like things that are not too difficult to make. I'll let you know how it turns out.
