My best friend since high school (and that's going waaaaaaay back) is Irish, so if you have some recipes to share I'd love them to pass along to her. You can post them in the recipe thread, Tracee so everyone can enjoy them.

I would LOVE to get my hands on some Irish recipes!! I'm an Irish blooded lassy through and through and yet have cooked very little from the homeland. I am only the 2nd generation of my family from Ireland here in Canada and almost all of my relatives have settled in Newfoundland and Cape Breton Island. They have all continued the Irish traditions and I have always wanted to share with my own family but am across the country in BC and have lost that aspect! I have been to Newfie many times but have never come back with many recipes, though I tell ya, not for lack of enjoying the food! Whatever you've got to share would be great!! :D
