Loose Meat Sandwiches

Loosemeat Sandwiches

1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound ground chuck
1/2 C tomato juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in oil until int
begins to brown. Add onion and saute until soft. Add meat, stirring
constantly with a fork to crumble as finely as possible. When meat
is brown, add all remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered,
stirring occasionally until the liquid cooks out (about 15-20
minutes). Spoon onto hamburger buns.

OH MY GOSH I was just telling someone about loose meat sandwiches last week!!!! I love them and had no clue how to make them. The friend I told said isn't it just a bunch of meat on bread. Until you've had one you don't know a good sandwich! First time I savored a loose meat sandwich was when I visited some in the Scranton/Wilkes Barre area when Joey and I went to a watch our baseball team play theirs. I fell in love with them but never knew how I could make them myself...now I can, thanks to you dandylin.

THANK YOU!!!!!
