Didn't know where else to put this but maybe we could get a Dips and Sauce section as well!!!
Honey Cranberry Sauce
4 cups cranberries
1 to 1 1/2 Cups water
1 1/2 cups honey
Wash the cranberries. In a saucepan, mix together the cranberries, 1 cup of water and honey. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the cranberries pop open and are translucent. Add more water if neessary. Chill before using and keep in the refrigerator. Makes about 3 cups.
A half cup of this sauce mixed with an additional cup of honey can be used as a glaze for ham. Cover a scored ham with this glaze during the last 45 minutes of baking.
Or try sauce on vanilla ice cream..
I think this would be pretty good on a ham...
