I put the jerky in the dehydrator at 7:45 this and just checked on it and rotated the racks. It's coming along. Some had very dry edges so I sneaked a taste. It's wonderful I cannot wait for it to finish. It's kinds rubbery right now. I'm guessing another 4 or 5 hours.
