Need chicken breast recipe

I could do a search but there is so much out there. I don't know what to do with

en breast that's also fast and easy. I don't want to do the usual

en/cream of mushroom soup/macaroni.
I want to do something different.
Can anyone

?

season w/ italain seasonings, slat, pepper & garlic salt.
brown, then add a few cans of del monte diced tomatos.
There one w/ basil, oregano & garlic.

I like to add, carrots & bell pper & onions.
serve over white rice or

hair pasta.

or
cut into strips
season w/ salt, pepper, garlic salt, brown in soy sauce & a bit of oil
stir fry veggies in it & serve over white rice.

I forget there's something as easy as cutting up and stir fry with soy sauce and veggies.
