My Original Bread Machine Recipe :)

I was never quite happy with the recipes I kept trying so I went off my grandmothers bread recipe that I have always used and created my own version of a nice homeade bread recipe that you can make in your bread machine, I get lots of requests for this one...

You can also just do this in the bread machine and make into rolls and bake ;)
My family loves it!

1 cup warm water
1 TBLSP Vegetable Oil
3 to 3 1/2 cups flour (you can even mix half white/half wheat if you want another type of bread)
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBLSP Yeast
1 tsp Salt

Put ingredients in this order into your bread machine...once it has combined make sure it looks the right texture...Just like a basic bread dough...if its too runny looking add more flour until its the right texture

set back and enjoy the bread machine completing the work!

Another variation is if I just do it on the dough cycle you can
roll it out...put butter cinnamon, sugar on it roll it up...cut into homeade cinnamon rolls, let raise for 1-2 hours
and bake for 25 minutes

and top with a glaze of
powdered sugar
milk and vanilla

YUMMY!

Other times If I am going to make my recipe into rolls, I have even Doubled the recipe in my bread machine so it makes twice the dough...
Just be sure you don't let it do the bake cycle when you do this!!!

yes just the basic setting

I know what you mean I think the only one we liked was the hawaiian bread mix...
otherwise they were all way to bland for me

Let me know how it turns out for you and how you like it

I love making it in to rolls because nobody is the wiser!
They can't believe it comes out of a bread machine!!!LOL! :D

You will have to try cinnamon rolls sometime!!!!
since it preps it in the machine not really that messy at all....just roll it out spread the butter and cinnamon and sugar!!!!
then let them raise...Most cannot believe I do that out of my bread machine either!!!LOL!
YUMMY GOOEY!!!
