Internetmom13's GARLIC LIME CHICKEN

This was soooo GOOD that I have cooked it 3 times since and have made extra to have in a salad to to just eat the next day..My whole family loved it and I shared some with my mom in a salad and she loved it as well..

GARLIC LIME CHICKEN Serves: 4

4 Boneless, skinless en breasts
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper

Mix all marinade ingredients.
Place en in recloseable plastic bag.
Pour marinade over en in the bag, close bag, and toss to coat the
en well.
Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or more.
Drain and discard marinade.
Sprinkle en with more pepper.
Grill till cooked (can also be pan fried)

NOTE: make extra - it makes great sliced en salad in the summer.

I've even made this in the oven cause frying makes such a mess and I don't have a grill :(

This was a big hit when we'd go camping...a nice change from the standard hots and burgers and plain ol' BBQ en.

We made this on Saturday and it was delicious!! It would be great in salad. I'll probably make it again this week for a salad. Very tasty!!! Thanks for the recipe. thumbsup thumbsup

I went grocery this and picked up some en breast to make this again and picked up salad stuff also to put some in there as well!!! It is very tasty!!

I am so glad you all like this recipe. It's one of my favs and I've learned to double it so there's plenty of leftovers for salads, sandwiches, etc.
