GARLIC LIME CHICKEN Serves: 4
4 Boneless, skinless

en breasts
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Mix all marinade ingredients.
Place

en in recloseable plastic bag.
Pour marinade over

en in the bag, close bag, and toss to coat the

en well.
Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or more.
Drain and discard marinade.
Sprinkle

en with more pepper.
Grill till cooked (can also be pan fried)
NOTE: make extra - it makes great sliced

en salad in the summer.
