I found a recipe about 2 years ago for a caramel apple cupcake. It was a spice cake mix with apples and melted caramel on top with a stick in it. Does anyone have the recipe? My daughter's birthday is coming up and she wants these for school, but I lost mine. Also, it was for texas sized muffins.
