We just do the usual stuff on the grill, but lately, whenever it's something like pork chops or steaks, we always marinate them first. Usually from til supper time.

The best steaks we ever had, we had put in marinate, but ended up not eating them for 2 days, they were so tender and good!!

U know that would make the cookbook so , from it is from mothers everywhere..........that would make it extra special. Then have them made up and the mothers can buy one if they want........and give the money to charity! LOL now I am going overboard......

Thumbs up Heres One......

Chicken Breasts with Soy and Mustard Marinade

For the marinade (also good with Pork):

1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons hot chili oil
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

For 4 people:
4 boneless en breast halves (with skin)

To make the marinade: In a medium bowl whisk together all the marinade ingredients.

Rinse the en breasts under water and pat dry with paper towels. Place the en breasts in a large, resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Press out the air and seal the bag tightly. Turn the bag to distribute the marinade, place the bag in a bowl, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours or as long as 24 hours.

Remove the en breasts from the bag and discard the marinade. Grill on your BBQ until the meat is firm and the juices run clear, 8 to 12 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling time. Serve with salad.
