bad kid goes to far!

In one of my yahoo groups a lady I chatt with son was hert very badly from another boy.
The boy came up to my

kid grabed him by his wrist and picked him up in the air and throw him down on the grown he was out for about 3 min and this happen in the

. the mother was not called till 1 pm that they had sent her son to the hospital.
he has a class 3 concustion they are hoping he does not get swelling in the brain. he has no cracked skull thank goodness. but he could not set up, stand up, or even walk and was throwing up constonly.
I felt so bad for her. I hope she gets this boy and the school for not dealing with this right away. and the kid should be charge with indangerment of a child far as i see it. What do you think.

He is going to go home tomorrow. But she has her lawyers dealing with the school and the boy.
Come to find out the boy is a son of one of the teachers at the school so of course the school is going to do every thing they can to try to smooth things over.
and there was not even a call to the police so they called for a ablulance strat from the hospital. no 911 call like it should have been so see someone is trying to save someones behind.

I agree with Summer on this. The kid should be expelled and sent somewhere else.
Make sure to have your friend keep documentation of everything. Even tape recording every conversation between school officials...etc.
She needs to have a paper trail.
Get on the school boards a$$. Don't let them think that this horrible tragedy is going to go away. Tell her to be very vocal and strong!!
Give her our good wishes and love. Tell her we at MZ are with her 100%!!

How awful!! It does sound like the school is going to try and make this just "go away". I hope that he will be alright. How scary for him to go through that and now will probably be afraid to go to school. I would make sure that the school board and whoever else would hear what happened. Teacher's kid or not, he needs punished.
