Looking thru the threads, I've missed so many. This is a good one.
It doesn't look like Melissa has posted in anymore threads. I wonder if she'll get an email telling her someone has replied??
I was in private Christian Schools until I was 12. Then my mom moved us up to WA. Boy was I in for a complete  . Public school was wild!!
Now that I'm older, I'm more aware of how many different private schools are out there...and how expensive they can be.
With a private school, I would want to know what their Mission Statement or whatever they call it, said.
Do their guidelines match up with my own. Because, if I'm gonna pay for it, then I would want my kids to learn certain things.
There are Religious Schools, Montessori Schools, hands on types, artsy types....sheesh, the list can be daunting.
How much are you willing to pay. How far are you willing to  . How much are you able or allowed to participate. What's the discipline like.
Anyone else have anything to say on the subject?
