What I did today yesterday was corn, today was peaches, tomorrow is pears and applesauce is this weekend (after citywide yardsales )

Yummmy they look so delicious. I just love peaches.
I planted beets this year and was so looking forward to pickling some but not one came up. I have no what happened to them so guess I will be going to the market and buying some.

Yeah I did pickled beets last year I still have a few jar left so I will do those again next year

Enjoy those beets. I am going to be sure and plant some next year and keep an eye on how they are growing too even if I have to sit there day and night so nothing takes my seeds.

I used to do that when I lived in Texas but living here I haven't tried it there is not many places with canning supplies. I will have to look.
