2 Tbls. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup diced onion
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced green pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can (28 oz.) crushed or chunky tomatoes
1 cup en broth
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. sugar
16 oz. penne pasta, cooked as directed on package
In skillet with olive oil, saute garlic, onions, mushrooms, green
peppers and Italian seasoning. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and heat through.
Alice you can do that but the recipe calls for canned tomatoes, crushed or chunky :D You could add meat, you can do anything to make this "your own" creation !
