Never pay retail prices unless absolutely necessary.
Use coupons, send for rebates, and shop the sales.
If you buy in bulk when items are on sale, you will
always have on hand the things you need. You will
not have to make special trips to purchase items at
full price. Don't be caught by surprise - plan ahead.
You will feel more secure knowing that you have a
full pantry as well.

I agree with all those Ideas.

My daughter (14) wanted a pair of red patent leather flats that she saw in 17 Magazine. ( $30.00) We down to Mandee's to see if we could find her a dress for her 8th grade graduation and low and behold there where the red shoes just a different brand for $7.00 on sale, Well they came home with us but the $40.00 dress didn't.

We went to the consigment store and wound up getting 2 dresses for $21.00 that she loves!! and went to a thrift store and got her a pair of white Chinese (if you got a teen you might have heard of them they arent cheap) Platforms!!

I don't know who was happier that day her or my wallet
