What can I do with all the new toys?

Although the grandparents and aunts and uncles did restrain themselves this year, we of course ended up with more toys then space. We will be doing our annual clearing out and donating the toys that aren't played with, but I was wondering what storage methods others use to cut down on the clutter.

Here's one to start -

For my dd's Polly Pockets we bought an inexpensive tool box at Wal-Mart. The lid has small compartments for storing screws etc, and is the perfect place for all the little shoes and purses. Inside is a tray that holds the dolls and bigger clothes, and the bottom holds the playsets.
This works great as she can easily take it from room to room.

I use plastic bins that fit under their bed. I also put some toys away and leave others out for them to play with. After about four weeks, I rotate the toys around so that it seems like there are new toys to play with. That way they dont get bored with their toys.
