Does anyone know how to tell if a baby has acid reflux? At first Wesley would spit up a little while he was eating. I thought that he was over eating or that he was getting air bubbles that were pushing the milk back up when they were coming up. Then tonight about 10-15 mins after he ate he threw up pretty much everything in his belly. I'm not sure if it could be acid reflux or if he may be getting . His eyes have had gunk around then since yesterday also. Not real bad but could be another sign that he is getting . Is there anything specific I can look for to determine acid reflux?

I had two of my three triplets had reflux really bad and one grew out of it and one didnt. If he continues to throw up call his dr. he may need medication if he continues to throw up all the time. My son Peter was famous for that Id have to fee d him last and take my time pat his back every3 ounces and feed him over a trash can then I would prop him up in a bouncy chair for an hour after he ate he may have thrown up all the time but it wasnt as bad as it could have been. so too if hes fussy all the time and isnt ing well it can also be as ign his stomache hurts good luck with it. hope its not for both your sakes
