Its been to to do any sledding. My girls get mad at me becouse i will not let them go out sledding every day . moms can never win.
I am bored latly i have been doing lots of cleaning out stuff for a big yard sale in the summer. and doing home decorating my hubby and I just spunged painted are dining room. something we started a year ago and just now got it done. And we rag painted the up stairs hall way. ( using old rags and diping them in paint and dabing them on the wall) just wanted to clear that up don't want people thinking i am some o or something
But thats what I have been doing.
My favorite thing to do in the snow is gripe about it and hope it goes away real fast!!! I'm not really a winter person so I guess when it's snowy and I would rather just stay inside and read.

I'm with Polly ! We had a green christmas this year but it has been snowing steadily since January 1st. Our snow banks are now almost as tall as me, some places much taller.
We take the boys sledding and playing in the snow. They love it.

The "new" snow fun thing to do for the little kids seems to be snow painting, where you fill a s bottle with food coloring in water and let them s paint the snow!

U know what I wish, I wish that we could have snow without .......winter in so beautiful, but yet so bitter at the same time.
Sunflower that is just too much snow!!! Has any of it melted yet? Ours has finally melted, yay!!! And each day is supposed to get warmer, but yesterday even though it said 42, it was !!

Lissa, I agree, I won't move either, I'll just keep complaining and suffering through. Although if my fibromayalgia keeps getting worse I may find me a nice sunny place to hybernate, haha, like I could afford that one!!! Oh yeah and I do alot of eating too. I've gained 8 lbs. in the last month!!! UGH!!!

Most of ours is gone, it's been really nice here..........in the 40s lately.
I'm with you Polly and Lissa....I won't move, but sure wish the snow could come with no !! The snow is so very beautiful when it first falls and is on the trees.

that is too funny, we all have the winter blues, but refuse to move, I believe that seasons would not be seasons unless u can visualize them...........that is what is so about Wisconsin.
I think my favorite thing to do is get my flower bed ready, it's just a small patch of ground in front of the house but I love picking out the plants and planting them.

Hibernate!! We had fun in the snow this year. But, we didn't usually get snow in Florida, so it was a nice change. But,just ? Indoors with a cup of hot cocoa, in a big fat Sweatshirt with a blankie and a good book or project to do. Heat! That's is my favorite thing in the winter. haha
