I played hookie from work today and decided to get out of the heat and go to the theatres. The only movie playing that fit in the time I needed (had to be home for the kids getting out of school) was Van Helsing. I had heard bad reviews about it, but it was actually a pretty good movie and not bloody. I was pleasantly surprised. PLUS..........Hugh Jackman is so impossibly HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a honey! That was worth all the ing I did over the scary parts!!
