Easy Green Chili Chicken Casserole

en breasts
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of

en
1/2 an onion
flour tortillas
1 bag shredded cheddar or mexican blend
1 little can of diced green chilies
You can either buy cooked

en or just brown quickly in a pot then dump in the soups and green chilies (I also add a tablespoon of Southwest Seasoning from Pampered Chef)
Then layer tortillas,

en mix and cheese like lasagna in a pan. Most of the time I double the recipe only, adding 2 more

en breasts depending on the size, and put about half in the freezer for later. I have also been expirementing with putting fritos on top too!
