1 can chipotle chiles
1 large onion
2 Italian tomatoes
2 table spoons olive oil
1 tub of sour cream
2 packs of corn tostadas
en in salt water.
Cut the Italian tomatoes,onion in wedges.
Heat olive oil in frying pan or any pan, put
and vegetables in pan with chipotle(as hot as you want or just
one chipotle and then remove it) This is just for taste if you don't
like food too spicy.

en and vegetables on tostada top with sour cream. Enjoy! Note: Chipotles are very hot
