1 cup white rice
1/2 can tomato sauce (4oz)
4 cups water
1 heaping tablespoon en bullion(i use knorr brand)
1 tablespoon oil
in a frying pan warm oil to brown rice then add half can of tomato sauce, water and buillion and lightly boil til almost all the water is absorbed and then turn of heat and cover
takes about 30 mins but is worht the wait
you can also add a can of drained corn or the mexicorn for more flavor
