Almost Done!

I would like to say that I am amazed that I am almost through my third pregnancy. (I have a 4 year old boy and 2 year old boy and this ones gonna be a boy too.) I never thought I'd make it through another pregnancy. This is the last one though. As much as I love my boys, I don't think I'll do them much good if I'm not up to speed. I'm sure there are those out there who know what I am talking about and have had similar experiences. I'd like to hear your exp. and advice. Please post this thread.

Well, coming from a mom of 4 I can tell you that you have already made it through the toughest part. Going from 1 to 2 children is tough. Going from 2 to 3 isn't exactly a piece of cake but I don't think its as hard. What I would say is now that your boys can a little, let them. This way they don't feel as if Mom and Dad don't have the time to spend with them. Let them get the diapers and wipes. make the bottle (if you are bottle feeding) what ever you think they can do. Not only does it you out a bit but it makes them feel important.

Good luck By the way, when are you due?

Congratulations, you don't have to wait too much longer do you? I wish you a very successful and short labor and delivery. Babies are so wonderful.
I had three boys and quit after that. I wanted a girl so badly but it wasnt' meant to be.

Kristen is absolutely right. Let the other kids out with the new arrival. It really s them become more acceptable of the new baby in the house who will be taking up a lot of mom and dad's time. They do feel important.
We did this with our boys too and they are so close today, they are 35, 25 and 22 years old. They have always been close since they were small. I think they felt close to their brothers when they were ing out with the feedings etc. It does a world of good for them all.
Good luck and I hope you go in sooner than the 24th. Don't forget to let us all know and post pics if you can so we can all see the little man.

Thumbs up

I feel wonderfully well today. The baby is wiggling up a storm. I wouldn't mind posting pictures, but I always get that little red x. How do you do it? I can't post pictures from my site. I think because it's a free site and has no CGI stuff allowed. Is there a way to just upload from my computer?

1 week left.

Yes I think there is a way to upload from your computer but dont' ask me how. I dont' have a clue how to do it either. The person to ask would be internetmom13. I will tell her to come in and post for you.

First of all I wish you a safe, short and SOON delivery pif2use. How exciting welcoming another son into your lives. I agree with the other gals, let your older sons (the BIG brothers as much as they can, getting diapers, a bottle if you're not nursing, etc. they can even read or tell their baby brother stories or sing to him. There's lots they can do so they won't feel jealous or ignored in those first hectic days home.

Now, thanks to DeeDee for alerting me to this thread or odds are I'd not have seen it.

Uploading pics isn't all that difficult and sometimes if you see that red X it's only a temporary problem and your photo DID upload just that for some reason it's not displaying at that moment. First you can click the "refresh" button at the top of your window. \

(One note - if you're uploading to the photo album section of this site your photo won't be visible until it's been approved - which can be a day or so depending on when they can get to it so that's why you'd see that red X, but it would include a message stating it takes time to be approved)

That said, if you're trying to upload to a post and still seeing the X and not the pic then it's possible it didn't upload properly or at all. That may be due to the file's size. In order to upload it has to be within certain limits. Maximum file size is 102,400 bytes. If you aren't sure you can right click the picture (file) and select "properties" that will show you the file size. If it's too big it can be resized, in most cases, with the program you use to open files like that one.

This may sound confusing, but it's really not hard once you've done it...experiment a bit. You can save the resized file, using another name by adding a 2 for example or jsut overwriting the one you already have.

If you have any more questions, PM me and I'll try to .

Prayers for a safe and heathy delivery for you and your to be. I understand about saying this is it . When I went in to have my second child I told the DR,"this is going to be a c-section so you might as well shut down the factory" . Of course He said no it will be natural and we will do it the next day (this was at *am ) well low and behold at 11:00 that night they decided to do a c. nd did the surgery at the same time. I wish you well and get those s of yours to out. My little one got diapers ,wipes My glass of water 9i breast fed) and toys for her sister and still talks about how I let her do all that for "our" baby Will be ing for you .
