2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple,in syrup
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. water
1) Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13x9x2 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking s

2) In a large bowl, stir together flour, 2 cups of the confectioners' sugar, eggs, pineapple with syrup, baking soda and salt until combined; stir for 2 minutes. Spoon batter in prepared pan.
3) Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until is lightly browned and springs back when lightly touched. Let cake

completely in pan on wire rack.
4) Cut into 16 bars. In small bowl, blend remaining 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar with 2 tsp. water until smooth. Drizzle over bars. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to allow the icing to set.
