Impossibly Easy Turkey-Ranch Pie

Makes 6 servings

1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked turkey
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 envelope (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Place turkey and mixed vegetables in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.

3. Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

Per Serving: Calories 215 (Calories from Fat 80); Fat 9g (Saturated 4g); Cholesterol 110mg; Sodium 630mg; Potassium 300mg; Carbohydrate 17g (Dietary Fiber 2g); Protein 18g
% Daily Value: Vitamin A 46%; Vitamin C 2%; Vitamin D 8%; Calcium 18%; Iron 8%; Folic Acid 6% Diet Exchanges: 1 Starch; 2 Lean Meat; 1 Vegetable

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft)
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

Tip: Try this with different combinations of frozen mixed vegetables.

rotflmao I have been carefully watching fat and calorie intake for a long, long time (too long) so if the info's available I post it. So important with so many of my MomZone trying to shed some pounds

This sounds good...I usually make a en pot pie which is similar but with Thanksgiving coming up soon this would be great with all the left over turkey and PLUS yours has Ranch in it...That sounds YUMMY!!!!!
