For each pizza burger:- 4 ounces uncooked ultra-lean ground beef or ground top round
- 1 low-fat or fat free hamburger bun
- 2 tablespoons fat-free spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
- 1 3/4-ounce slice of fat free mozzerella cheese
Shape the beef into a patty, handling as little as possible. Cook on a ridged griddles that allows any fat in the meat to drip away. Place1/2 of the sauce on the bottom half of bun. Add the cooked burger patty. Top with the cheese slice ane the remaining sauce. Wrap the burger in foil and place in a 35o degree ovenfor 4-5 minutes to melt the cheese and warm the bun. 1 serving=7 fat grams if the bun is fat-free.
