Guilt-Free Pesto Sauce
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. Serve with your favorite pasta. 4 servings; 4 fat grams per serving
